To aid in flex, lifespan, and perfect fitting, the trailing-end flange uses the OEM spring bolts and donut gasket. These features offer an improved seal in comparison to previous approaches, as well as less noise, at the O2 housing, where a custom cast 3" flat flange provides a genuine mating surface.
Why Chose COBB 3in. 304 SS Downpipe?
The COBB Tuning Mitsubishi Downpipe is made of 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent tubing, and has a widened diameter of 3" for increased flow of exhaust gases from the turbocharger to enable improved horsepower and torque. The downpipe can be installed on either the OEM exhaust or the COBB Tuning Catted Mid-Pipe.

This part is legal under the provisions of EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy. COBB Tuning has established a reasonable basis (testing results) to verify that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards and is therefore legal to be sold for on-street use in all states that accept the legal provisions of the Clean Air Act and EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy.
NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN CALIFORNIA ON ANY EMISSION-CONTROLLED MOTOR VEHICLE. - Testing with the California Air Resources Board, to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending. Once testing is complete with California, and an EO number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
